Sewing Facilitator/Instructor

What I do

My responsibilities include running the Sewing Centre at Rixile. I also train and develop students on sewing dresses, trousers, blouses, gowns etc. I also teach them how to handle and care for the sewing machines. They are also taught to practise safety in the workplace.

I've been working for the Foundation for 13 years now.

What I did before

I passed standard 8 and worked for Flinters from 1987 to 1989. I also worked at Foskor from 1989 to 1992. I joined Palabora Foundation in April 1993.
