Sewing Facilitator/Instructor

What I do

My responsibilities include teaching and developing students on sewing dresses, trousers, blouses, gowns etc. I also teach them how to handle and care for the sewing machines. They are also taught to practise safety in the workplace.

I've been working for the Foundation for 14 years now.

What I did before

I passed standard 8 in 1973. I worked for Flinters from 1987 to 1990 and I worked for Bernina from 1990 to 1992.

A bit about me

I like sewing and listening to music.
I am a single parent with five children (two boys and three girls).
